A Birmingham PR firm is celebrating its fifth birthday by becoming the first tenants of a Grade I listed building on Colmore Row.

Clive Reeves Public Relations has moved into 122 Colmore Row, the former home of Hudson’s Coffee House, after the historic building underwent a £500k refurbishment earlier this month.

The company is relocating from Innovation Birmingham Campus where it had been based since forming in 2009 and will occupy the first floor of the building.

Counting the likes of Selfridges Birmingham, Goodyear Dunlop and property developers Court Collaboration among its clients, the company has been searching for a larger space following the growth of the business over the past 12 months.

Managing director Clive Reeves, said: “We work with clients nationally, internationally and even have a small satellite office in Brussels, but Birmingham is at the heart of what we do and there’s no better reason than that for us to relocate to the heart of the city.

“With five candles on our birthday cake this month, our business is entering the next phase of development and now is the right time for us to have prestige offices to be proud of.”

Evenacre, the building’s owners, recently restored the building’s stone façade and completed an upgrade of the interior.
