Birmingham-based construction firm Colmore Tang Construction is hosting its first development seminar, giving property developers an insight into the opportunities, pitfalls and challenges of converting an existing building.

Being hosted at Opus Restaurant on Wednesday 2nd December between 8.00am and 9.30am, Colmore Tang Construction is using its wealth of experience in permitted development rights to provide developers with an understanding of the planning, development and construction strategies employed to ensure a successful and profitable development.

Office-to-residential conversions are a particularly hot topic at the moment after the Prime Minister's announcement in October that made permitted development rights permanent. Speakers Keith Fenwick, Director at WYG Group and Andy Robinson, Managing Director at Colmore Tang Construction, will be sharing an insight into what they've learned in creating thousands of new residential units from existing, largely redundant, office buildings.

The seminar is free to attend and professionals from across the property sector are welcome to attend. To register your attendance, please email bradley@clivereeves.com.
