Selfridges Birmingham will be turning the city’s skyline a lucky shade of green this Sunday (13th March) to mark St Patrick’s Day.

To celebrate the luck of the Irish, and coinciding with the city’s popular St Patrick’s parade in Digbeth, the luxury shopping store will be turning all 15,000 of its aluminium discs a striking colour of green until Thursday 17th March.

Adam Hockney, general manager of Selfridges Birmingham, said: “We have a brilliant Irish community right here in the heart of Birmingham - which is highlighted by the bustling and colourful St Patrick’s parade in Digbeth - and so we wanted to join in the festivities by turning our iconic building a vibrant shade of green.”
