One of the world’s most loved soul singers from the 80s 'soul era', Alexander O'Neal, will bring his live show to The Jam House, Birmingham later this month.

The multi award winning artist, who also appeared in Celebrity Big Brother last year, will have Birmingham grooving into the night as he performs all of his chart hits including ‘Fake’ and ‘Criticise’.

Despite working alongside legends such as Janet Jackson and Prince, Alexander is perhaps best known for his album 'Hearsay', which sold nearly a million copies in the UK alone. To this day he is the only performer to sell out six consecutive nights at London's Wembley Arena.

John Bunce, general manager at the Jam House, said: “With over 30 years of phenomenal worldwide success, we are so excited to have Alexander return to Birmingham again this year. He was last at The Jam House just under a year ago and was an outstanding success, which is why we were so keen to get him back on our stage.”

His consistent success throughout the years was recognised in 1992 with a platinum-selling Greatest Hits album and a BBC two-part special celebrating his career.

With a rare opportunity to see the R&B legend at such an intimate venue, this is a chance not to be missed.

Alexander O’Neal will be performing at The Jam House on Wednesday, 30th March. Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 8.30pm. Tickets cost £23 and are available at
